# Guided Goal Convert rough intent into a completion contract before doing the work. The interview and execution are separate phases. ## Phase 1 — Interview without acting During the interview: - Ask exactly one short question per response. - Do not inspect files, search, delegate, run commands, edit anything, or call tools. - Ask at most six questions. Ask fewer when the answer is already known. - Ask for the highest-value missing field, not every possible detail. - Preserve concrete facts and constraints already supplied. Never make the user repeat them. - Use relevant project, stack, environment, and verification facts already present in conversation context. - Do not turn the goal into a planning exercise unless planning is the requested outcome. - Push back on subjective success, self-evaluated quality, unbounded iteration, missing verification, vague boundaries, or absent stop conditions. - If the user cancels, stop without activating or executing anything. Before activation, establish all of these: 1. one bounded objective; 2. binary or deterministic success criteria; 3. exact commands, checks, artifacts, or observable evidence that prove completion; 4. allowed scope and an explicit denylist; 5. a numeric attempt cap from 1 to 100 plus escalation or hard-stop conditions. When ready, present exactly this structure: ## Objective <one bounded objective> ## Success criteria <binary or deterministic criteria> ## Verification

SEO Translator
Skillproofdev/seo-translator
Use when the user asks to translate or localize content — documents, blog posts, marketing copy, website pages, UI strings — into one or more languages, or requests SEO-aware translation for international markets. Handles single texts and batches; detects SEO intent (titles, meta descriptions, keywords) automatically and preserves search-optimized phrasing per target market. Do not trigger for programming-language "translation" or for interpreting spoken conversation.
Converly
converlyio/converly-agent
Set up server side conversion tracking for ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, TikTok and more) without writing tracking code. Use this whenever the user wants to track form submissions, meetings booked or chats started as conversions, capture GCLID or FBCLID click IDs, fix broken conversion tracking, set up Google Enhanced Conversions or Meta CAPI, check which ads are converting, or connect a form tool like Typeform, Webflow forms, or a custom HTML form to an ad platform, even if they never mention Converly by name.
Shopify Review Triage
alfredtech2026/shopify-app-review-brief
Turn public 1–3-star Shopify App Store review rows into a transparent P0–P3 triage brief — incident risk, repeated friction, pricing confusion, feature requests, and an explicit needs-human-read bucket — where every item keeps its public source link and is labeled first pass or human-checked. Use this skill when someone wants app store reviews, low-star reviews, or merchant feedback triaged, prioritized, clustered, or turned into a weekly product/support brief for one Shopify app or a whole portfolio, even when they never say triage, severity, or P0.
Apify Yc Startup Jobs
johnisanerd/claude-skill-yc-startup-jobs
Benchmark what YC startup jobs actually pay, salary and equity together, with the Apify Wellfound Jobs API Actor (johnvc/wellfound-jobs-api). Wellfound, formerly AngelList, is one of the few places where early-stage companies publish pay AND equity on the posting itself, and this Actor parses both into numbers you can average: salaryMin, salaryMax, salaryCurrency, equityMin, equityMax, next to the raw compensation string. Narrow the sample with ycOnly for Y Combinator companies, topInvestorsOnly for well-backed portfolios, companyStage for a funding stage, or activelyHiringOnly, then group by
Site Traffic Teardown
zhuyansen/site-traffic-teardown
Competitor traffic and SEO teardown for any website, using AIsa data (Similarweb traffic and channel mix, Semrush keywords/backlinks/organic competitors, Ahrefs DR) for a few dollars instead of Ahrefs + Semrush subscriptions. Finds competitors, screens them by traffic, pulls a side-by-side table, then reads it into growth-engine types and 3 concrete opportunities. Use when the user asks to tear down / 拆解 competitors of a site, compare traffic of several sites, find out how a competitor gets traffic, "竞品流量", "竞品 SEO", "谁在抢我的流量", "这个站流量从哪来", or wants a cheap Ahrefs/Semrush-style competitor repor
