Generate and dynamically maintain a visual project cockpit for any research or development project — a zero-dependency HTML dashboard with a research-trajectory flowchart, a hypothesis-space force graph, a status header, a pending-decisions list, and a hidden-premises panel. Use it when the user asks to "build / update / refresh the project cockpit", or whenever the project reaches a milestone closure, a major decision point, or a moment when the human needs to re-orient and steer the pace after long agent-run campaigns. # Research Cockpit（项目驾驶舱）

> Translated from the original Chinese spec (v1.1, 2026-09-26). The Chinese original is maintained in the author's workspace; keep the two in sync when the spec evolves.

**Sole responsibility**: let an AI agent generate — and keep up to date, by a fixed discipline — a visual dashboard that helps the human stay in command of a project that agents largely execute. It performs no project tasks and binds to no project concepts; all project semantics come from the data file.

## 0. Core principles (non-negotiable)

1. **Data/render separation**: the renderer (`index.html` + `app.js`) is owned by this skill's template. On the project side, **edit only `data.js`, never the renderer**. Upgrading the renderer = re-copy from the template.
2. **Recompose, never invent**: every fact/number in `data.js` must come from existing written artifacts (reports, ledgers, decision memos) and be registered under `meta.sources`. The cockpit is not a place for new conclusions.
3. **Zero dependencies, one folder, offline**: plain HTML/CSS/JS only. No CDN, no web fonts, no build step, no network requests. Double-click `index.html` (file://) and it works.
4. **Scannable in one page**: the status header reads in 60 seconds; the two views are the "cognitive trunk"; details live behind clicks, never on the canvas.
