Project Architect
Documentation-first project planning that produces implementation-ready blueprints and single-shot coding agent prompts. Generates 4 interconnected docs — SPECIFICATION.md, IMPLEMENTATION.md, TASKS.md, BRANDING.md — plus a self-contained PROMPT.md for autonomous execution by any coding agent. Includes interactive tech stack selection, design pattern recommendations, and architecture decisions with trade-off analysis. Trigger when user wants to: plan a project, create specs, architect a system, break work into tasks, choose a tech stack, get design pattern advice, generate a coding agent prompt

# Project Architect
A documentation-first project planning system that produces **implementation-ready blueprints**
and **agent-ready prompts**. The philosophy: think deeply, document thoroughly, then
execute with zero ambiguity. The final PROMPT.md is self-contained and portable — hand it to
**WrongStack**, **Claude Code**, or any agent that reads and writes files.
## Output Pipeline
```
[Discovery] → SPECIFICATION.md → IMPLEMENTATION.md → TASKS.md → BRANDING.md
(The What) (The How) (The Work) (Identity)
↓ ↓ ↓
└────────────────────┴───────────────────┘
↓
PROMPT.md
(Single-Shot Agent Prompt)
```
Each document feeds the next. The final PROMPT.md synthesizes all documents into a single
prompt optimized for single-shot execution by any coding agent (WrongStack, Claude Code,
Cursor, and others).

Ax Extract Workflow
122Necmttn/ax
Reconstruct the workflow behind a past artifact - "what made X work" / "extract workflow from <date|sha>" / "how did we ship Y". Uses ax to find the relevant sessions and narrate the ordered skill arcs that produced the result. Triggers on "what made X work", "how did we build Y", "extract workflow from <date>", "extract workflow from <sha>", "what was the workflow around <topic>", "show me how I shipped <feature>", "reconstruct the recipe for <artifact>". Do NOT fire on generic "show recent activity" - this skill is for reconstructing the workflow behind a specific artifact.

Codex Workflows
328scasella/claude-dynamic-workflows-codex
Run a dynamic-workflow script on a local Codex App Server — orchestrate many Codex / GPT agents (the agent / parallel / pipeline / phase / budget DSL) instead of Claude subagents, for codebase audits, large migrations, and multi-agent review or research. Give it one or two rough sentences and it compiles the right harness for you; add --multi for a supervised fleet of concurrent workflows. Manual-invoke only via /codex-workflows.
