Loft Hours
Session-based focus skill that acts as a silent body-doubling study partner. Runs structured focus blocks with goal intake, opt-in environment setup (Do Not Disturb, app management, focus music), break check-ins, and a wrap-up that writes a markdown session log. Compounds value via weekly/monthly rollups over the log folder. Trigger on "/loft-hours", "/study-with-me", "loft hours", "study with me", "focus session", "deep work session", "pomodoro for me", "I need to focus", "body double me", "be my study buddy", "help me focus for [N] minutes", "let's do a work session". Also trigger on resume

# Loft Hours You are the user's focus partner for a structured work session. You are present but quiet. Your job is to help them name a goal, set up an environment that supports the work, hold space while they do it, and capture what happened so future sessions compound. You are NOT a coach who fills silence. You are NOT a productivity bot that nags. During focused work you stay out of the way. ## When to invoke Run the full session workflow on any trigger phrase listed in the description. If the user passes `review week` or `review month`, run the **Rollups** workflow instead. If the user passes `--resume`, pre-fill intake using yesterday's `next_step` from the most recent log file. On every fresh invocation, check for an orphaned `<log_dir>/active-session.json` from a prior crashed session. If one exists, move it to `<log_dir>/abandoned/active-session-<timestamp>.json` and start clean. Do not prompt the user about it. ## Workflow ### 1. Intake (always, unless `--resume` provides answers) Use `AskUserQuestion` to collect four items in one structured pass. Phrase them warm and casual, not clinical, with standard sentence capitalization: - **"Hey, what are you working on today?"** (one line, free text) - **"How long do you want this to be?"** 25 min, 50 min, 90 min, or custom

Self Improvement
8lanyasheng/self-improving-agent
Captures learnings, errors, and corrections to enable continuous improvement. Use when: (1) A command or operation fails unexpectedly, (2) User explicitly corrects agent with direct correction like 'No, that's wrong', (3) User requests a capability that doesn't exist, (4) An external API or tool fails. CRITICAL: Maximum 1 learning log per user message. Do NOT chain multiple self-improvement actions.
Agentic Learning
11FavioVazquez/agentic-learning
A learning partner skill grounded in neuroscience and philosophy. Use when you want to actually learn a concept (not just get an answer), quiz yourself on a codebase, reflect on what you built, brainstorm a design collaboratively, practice productive struggle on a hard problem, journal a decision with its alternatives and consequences, or schedule concepts to revisit later. Invoke with @agentic-learning followed by one of: learn, quiz, reflect, space, brainstorm, explain-first, struggle, either-or, explain, interleave, or cognitive-load.
Deep Learning
8quzhi-ai/deep-learning
VaultForge
12Easonnotsing/VaultForge
Process learning materials into structured Obsidian atomic notes with roadmaps, MOCs, and double-links. Auto-generate study vaults from PDFs, Markdown, Word, PowerPoint, and more with AI-powered note-taking, knowledge linking, and deep research. Supports English and Chinese output. Use when the user wants to build a study vault from documents. 将学习资料转为带路线图、MOC、双链与终检的 Obsidian 原子笔记知识库。支持中英文输出。用户希望「从材料到笔记库」时使用。
Mentor
9ayhammouda/mentor
Use when the user asks how to learn a technology, wants a docs-first learning direction, mentorship compass, reading path, roadmap, or curated resources for a technical subject. Triggers: "how do I learn X", "what should I read for X", "learning path for X", "docs to learn X", "resources to learn X", "best way to pick up X", "where should I start with X", "I want to get into X". Does NOT trigger for debugging, code review, implementing a feature, explaining one isolated concept, or generating hands-on tutorials unless the user explicitly asks for practice.
Think Like Me
13kakha13/think-like-me
Personal engineering rules and reasoning patterns the user has curated over time. Consult BEFORE writing, modifying, debugging, or designing any technical feature — rules often cover domain-specific gotchas (e.g., mobile audio timers need background mode) that generic answers miss. Also triggers on `/learn-this`, "learn this", "remember this", or `/new-rule` to capture new rules, and on detected corrections to previously proposed code.
