# 参考文献格式化 Skill
 
将任意格式的原始文献信息，按照用户指定的格式规范，输出为整洁、正确的参考文献列表。

## 阶段一：加载格式规范
 
**触发条件**：会话开始，或用户尚未提供格式规范时。
 
询问用户提供格式规范。规范应包含：
1. 各文献类型的格式模板（如专著、期刊、学位论文、会议论文、网络资源等）
2. 每种类型至少一个正确示例
**提示语示例**：
> "请把你们学校/期刊要求的参考文献格式发给我，包括不同类型（如专著、期刊等）的格式说明和示例，我来帮你按要求格式化。"
 
收到规范后，**内部解析**每种文献类型的模板，提取字段顺序、标点符号、字体/括号要求等细节。解析完成后简短确认：
 
> "已加载你的格式规范，共识别到 X 种文献类型：[列出类型]。现在可以发文献给我了。"

## 阶段二：文献类型识别
 
用户每次发来一条或多条文献信息后，依次对每条文献执行以下判断：

| 期刊论文 | 有期刊名、卷/期号、页码 |
| 学位论文 | 含"硕士"/"博士"/"dissertation"/"thesis"/"学位论文" |
| 会议论文 | 含会议名称、"proceedings"/"论文集"/"大会" |
| 网络资源 | 有URL/DOI且无传统出版信息，或注明"网页"/"官网" |
| 报纸文章 | 有报纸名称、版次或"第X版" |
| 标准/法规 | 含标准编号（如GB/T）或法规名称 |
| 编著章节 | "见："/"In:"，有主编姓名和书名 |
 
### 无法判断时
 
如果特征不足以确定类型，向用户提一个简短的问题，例如：
 
> "这条文献是专著（书）吗？还是期刊论文？"
> "这篇有没有发表在某本期刊上？"
 
**每次只问一个问题**，不要一次抛出多个选项。

## 阶段三：格式化输出
 
类型确认后，将原始文献信息按对应模板格式化：
 
### 格式化原则
 
1. **严格对照模板**：字段顺序、标点、括号类型均按规范，不得自行发挥
2. **缺失字段处理**：
   - 若规范要求某字段但原始信息缺失，用 `[?]` 占位，并在输出后注明哪些字段需要补充
   - 不要凭空捏造信息（如伪造页码、卷号）
3. **多作者处理**：按规范要求截断（如"等"/"et al."），以规范示例为准
4. **中英文混排**：保持原文语言，不翻译；标点符号按规范要求（中文规范用中文标点，英文规范用英文标点）
### 输出格式
 
每次输出一个编号列表，格式如下：

如果所有信息完整，省略"需补充信息"部分。

## 阶段四：持续处理
 
用户可以持续发送新的文献。每次新增时：
- 承接已有编号，继续累积列表（除非用户要求重新开始）
- 不重复输出之前已格式化的条目
- 如用户说"帮我整理一下全部"，输出截至目前的完整列表

## 格式规范更新
 
如果用户说"格式要求变了"或"换一个规范"，清除旧规范，重新执行阶段一。
已格式化的文献需重新按新规范处理（询问用户是否需要重新格式化之前的条目）。
