Resume and cover letter workflow — use this skill for ANY resume or cover letter task, whether or not a job description is provided. Triggers include full ATS tailoring (JD provided), quality and formatting review ("humanize this", "clean this up", "remove em-dashes", "apply formatting standards"), general resume edits, cover letter drafts or reviews, and gap analysis. When a JD is present, run the full 4-step ATS process. When no JD is present, run Quality Check Mode instead.

Triggered by: "humanize this", "clean this up", "too agentic", "remove em-dashes", "apply formatting standards", "simplify", "update my bullets", or any resume/cover letter work without a JD.
Run the Quality Check workflow below instead of Steps 0–4.
