Submit an MCP server

List your server in the directory for free. There's no review queue: once it passes an automatic check that the repo or URL is a real MCP server, it goes live straight away with its own page and install commands.

Fill in the form

Give at least one of these two.

Added instantly after a quick automatic check that the GitHub repo is public and mentions MCP, or that the URL answers like an MCP server.

Or let your agent do it

Agents can submit with one HTTP request or one tool call. No key or sign-up.

Ask Claude Code, Cursor or any agent

prompt
Submit my MCP server to the claudecodeagents.com directory. Read https://www.claudecodeagents.com/api/mcp/submit for the format, then POST the details from this repo's README.

JSON API

name, description and a repoUrl or remoteUrl are required. GET the endpoint for the full schema.

MCP tool

Our own remote MCP server has a submit_mcp_server tool (and search_mcp_servers to find servers).

Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http claudecodeagents https://www.claudecodeagents.com/api/mcp

The full instructions for agents are in llms.txt.

What gets accepted

  • A public GitHub repo that mentions MCP or Model Context Protocol, or a hosted MCP URL that responds.
  • Servers already in the directory are matched by repo, URL or package, so you get a link to the existing page instead of a duplicate.
  • Stars and npm downloads are picked up in the weekly refresh, which ranks your server alongside the rest.
  • Spam, broken links and non-MCP projects are turned away automatically.
