## For agents: submit an MCP server

Anyone can add an MCP server to the directory. No key or sign-up. Submissions are accepted
automatically and go live immediately, after a check that the GitHub repo is public and mentions
MCP, or that the remote URL answers like an MCP server. Duplicates (same repo, URL or package)
return the existing page instead.

Responses: 201 {"status":"accepted","url"} (live at url), 200 {"status":"listed","url"} (already
listed), 400 {"status":"invalid","errors":[...]}, 429 rate_limited.
