Visual Identity Designer

Build a professional, precise visual identity (brand identity) for a project, startup, or business — logo direction, color system, typography, application mockups — via a structured 9-stage agency workflow ending in two polished deliverables — a Brand Identity Guide and a Design Language System (built with the docx skill, in the user's chosen language). Trigger any time the user attaches, pastes, or describes a project idea/brief and asks for a "visual identity", "brand identity", "logo", "branding", "brand kit", "brand guide", "design language system", "هوية بصرية", or similar — even without

# Visual Identity Designer

A structured, agency-grade workflow for turning a raw project idea into a precise, professional visual identity. This skill is built around one non-negotiable principle: **precision requires interrogation first.** Most bad brand identities come from designing before the strategy is nailed down. This skill forces that step.

## Core Philosophy

A visual identity is not a logo. It is a system of decisions (color, type, shape, imagery, tone) that all trace back to strategic answers about the project's audience, positioning, and personality. If those answers are missing, guessed, or vague, everything built on top of them is decoration, not identity.

**Never jump straight from "here's my project idea" to "here's your logo/colors."** Always run the Grilling Phase first, even if the user seems impatient. Explain briefly why: a rushed identity is a wasted one, and this takes 5-10 minutes of sharp questions to save the user from a generic result.

## Workflow Overview

1. **Intake** — capture whatever the user already attached/described
2. **Grilling Phase** — relentless, structured interrogation to fill every strategic gap (see below)
3. **Strategy Synthesis** — turn answers into a one-page positioning summary
4. **Moodboard Direction** — describe/generate reference direction (style, imagery, competitor contrast)
5. **Logo Concept** — 2-3 distinct logo directions with rationale, not one guess
