# Upwork Proposal Workflow

**Architecture: one coordinator + role sessions.** The coordinator is the only chat the user talks to. It delegates writing to a writer session and scoring to a **fresh reviewer session every round**, so the score is independent of the writer's context. The role contracts (folder schema, versioned files, the scoring gate, the scripts) live in `references/`; this file only orchestrates.

The coordinator has five jobs: **land the input on disk, dispatch role sessions, verify the files, control the rounds, hand the result to the user.** The coordinator never writes content, never scores content, never edits case files, and never submits on the user's behalf. No opinion about the content of a draft may enter a role prompt; that would contaminate the reviewer's independence.
