# Telegram Premium Emojis & UI Design System (SKILL.md)

Use this skill whenever you are designing, modifying, or auditing Telegram bots using Aiogram 3, python-telegram-bot, or any Telegram Bot API 7.0+ framework. This skill teaches the agent how to properly apply **Telegram Custom Emojis**, inline button icons (`icon_custom_emoji_id`), button styles (`primary`, `success`, `danger`), and modern card layouts.

## 1. Core Mechanics & HTML Syntax

### 1.1. In-Text Custom Emojis (`<tg-emoji>`)
In Telegram HTML parse mode, custom emojis are rendered using the `<tg-emoji>` tag:

```

> 1. **Fallback Emoji is Mandatory:** Always put a matching standard unicode emoji inside the tag (e.g., `💎` for diamond, `✅` for success). If the user's client is outdated or on a platform that does not support custom emojis, the fallback is shown. Empty tags like `<tg-emoji emoji-id="..."></tg-emoji>` are invalid.
> 2. **Double Quotes in HTML:** Always wrap `emoji-id` in double quotes: `emoji-id="5807465992363710697"`.
