Reinit
Review available recent code-agent history and tool calls, then update the current repository's durable agent guidance with repeatedly needed facts and user-corrected conventions. Run only when the user explicitly invokes /reinit, $reinit, or names the reinit skill; never invoke automatically.

# Reinit Refresh the current repository's agent guidance from evidence in recent agent work. Preserve durable knowledge that will prevent repeated discovery or repeated user corrections. Do not turn temporary session state into permanent instructions. ## Workflow 1. Establish the repository root and scope all edits to that repository. 2. Review the current session's conversation, then any local agent history available for this repository, starting from the reference locations under "Known local history locations". By default inspect up to the 20 most recent sessions from the last 30 days, excluding the current session's own transcript; widen the window (for example, to 90 days) on a first run when no guidance file exists yet. Do not search unrelated home-directory data, credentials, caches, or other repositories merely to find more history. 3. Record candidate facts that the agent repeatedly had to discover, candidate conventions that affected its decisions, and corrections or preferences explicitly supplied by the user. 4. Read the applicable guidance files before proposing changes. Check `AGENTS.md`, `CLAUDE.md`, and their relevant ancestor or nested variants. Follow existing repository conventions for which file is canonical. 5. Verify factual candidates against the current repository using the cheapest authoritative source. Prefer manifests, configuration, existing documentation, and focused file inspection over repeating broad exploratory searches.

What does the Reinit skill do?
Review available recent code-agent history and tool calls, then update the current repository's durable agent guidance with repeatedly needed facts and user-corrected conventions. Run only when the user explicitly invokes /reinit, $reinit, or names the reinit skill; never invoke automatically.
How do I install the Reinit skill?
skills CLI (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and more): npx skills add aisk/reinit --skill reinit. Skills go in ~/.claude/skills (personal) or .claude/skills (project), and Claude loads them automatically when a task matches the description.
Is Reinit popular?

Semantic Compression
5therealmoronto/claude-semantic-compression
Apply semantic logic compression (Ovchinnikov method) when crafting prompts for LLMs or describing complex conditional logic. Use this skill whenever the user asks to: write or optimise a prompt for an LLM, compress or rewrite a task description, describe multi-condition business logic (if/and/or/not chains), or asks why an LLM misunderstood their instructions. Also trigger when the user says ‘compress the logic’, ‘write a prompt for’, ‘the LLM doesn't understand’, ‘simplify the conditions’, or similar intents. Also trigger when the user wants to use output modifiers such as →code or →no-meta,
Prompt Optimizer
5talki-io/prompt-optimizer
Optimizes and polishes an existing AI/LLM prompt the user has already written — fixing wording, grammar, structure, redundancy, and clarity — while strictly preserving the original intent, role, scope, capabilities, constraint strength, and every technical detail (commands, paths, URLs, parameters, code blocks). Use whenever the user invokes /prompt-optimizer with a prompt (no extra instruction needed), or pastes a prompt and asks to optimize, refine, polish, clean up, simplify, tighten, restructure, make more professional, or "fix the wording" of it, even without the word "prompt" — e.g. "mak

Prompt Constraints

Skill Guardian
50xtresser/skill-guardian
Pre-installation security gate for agent skills. This skill should be used when the user or agent attempts to install any skill — including requests like "install X", "add X skill", "help me set up the X skill", "npx skills add", or when the agent autonomously decides to install a skill. Also triggers on skill cleanup and audit requests like "clean up my skills", "check installed skills", "any unused skills", "review my skills", or "audit my skill list". Do NOT use for MCP server installation, npm/pip package installation, or non-skill tooling.
