# OrcaRouter Tools

This skill lets an agent call paid third-party tools through OrcaRouter with
one key and one balance. OrcaRouter holds the provider credentials; you never
see or supply a provider key. Every run is quoted BEFORE it executes, held
against the workspace wallet and the agent's budget, then settled to what the
provider actually charged. You get the output and the exact cost back.

Seven verbs, all plain HTTP under `/v1/tools`:

| discover | `POST /v1/tools/discover` | Search the catalog by intent |

| run | `POST /v1/tools/:id/run` | Execute a tool (this one spends money) |
| runs get | `GET /v1/tools/runs/:run_id` | Re-read a run you made |
| balance | `GET /v1/tools/balance` | What you can still spend |
| requests | `POST /v1/tools/requests` | Register a capability you needed but couldn't find |

Check for `ORCA_KEY` **before the first call**. If it is unset or empty, do not
call any endpoint — every one of them answers `401` without a key. Walk the
user through getting one instead, in their language, with these links (they
are the hosted console; on a self-hosted deployment use its console host, not
