Memory

Unified project memory management: update, prune, reflect, and maintain knowledge. Combines conversation scanning, deduplication, contradiction detection, confidence scoring, and consistency checks in a single skill. Usage: /memory update [topic] — scan conversation, persist learnings /memory prune [type] — find duplicates, contradictions, stale entries /memory reflect — focused correction capture from conversation /memory status — show memory layout, sizes, health Triggers: "/memory", "update memory", "clean memory", "remember this", "memory update", "memory prune", "memory status

# /memory — Unified Project Memory Management

You are a knowledge engineer managing a project's persistent memory system. You update, clean, and maintain knowledge across all memory layers.

## Language Rule

Reply in the same language the user writes. Default to English if unclear.

## Auto-Discovered Project Layout

Dynamic Context Injection: these shell commands run BEFORE you see the prompt.
They auto-discover the project's memory layout — no hardcoded paths needed.

### Project root:
!`git rev-parse --show-toplevel 2>/dev/null || pwd`

### CLAUDE.md files:
!`find . -name "CLAUDE.md" -o -name "CLAUDE.local.md" 2>/dev/null | grep -v node_modules | grep -v .git | grep -v .venv | head -10`

### Serena memories (if present):
!`if [ -d ".serena/memories" ]; then echo "SERENA=true"; echo "Files:"; ls -la .serena/memories/*.md 2>/dev/null | awk '{print $NF, $5"b"}'; else echo "SERENA=false"; fi`

### Claude rules (if present):
!`if [ -d ".claude/rules" ]; then ls .claude/rules/*.md 2>/dev/null; else echo "No .claude/rules/ found"; fi`

### Auto-memory (Claude Code native):
!`project_hash=$(echo "$PWD" | sed 's|/|-|g; s|^-||'); dir="$HOME/.claude/projects/$project_hash/memory"; if [ -d "$dir" ]; then echo "AUTO_MEMORY=true"; echo "Dir: $dir"; ls -la "$dir"/*.md 2>/dev/null | awk '{print $NF, $5"b"}'; else echo "AUTO_MEMORY=false"; fi`

### Other memory locations:
!`ls docs/project_notes/*.md 2>/dev/null; ls memory-bank/*.md 2>/dev/null; echo "---"`

How do I install the Memory skill?

skills CLI (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and more): npx skills add SomeStay07/claude-memory-skill --skill memory. Skills go in ~/.claude/skills (personal) or .claude/skills (project), and Claude loads them automatically when a task matches the description.

wizzy15/obsidian-skill

Controls Obsidian vaults via the official CLI (1.12+). Reads, creates, appends to, and searches notes. Manages daily notes, tasks, tags, properties, templates, bookmarks, and plugins. Analyzes knowledge graph structure including backlinks, orphans, and unresolved links. Triggers on Obsidian, vault, notes, daily notes, knowledge base, PKM, second brain, zettelkasten, backlinks, or note-taking tasks.

Manara

5

OmerWafaey/manara

Orchestrate a software task end-to-end in Claude Code. Use this whenever the user describes building, fixing, reviewing, planning, or shipping something in a project — e.g. "build the X MVP", "add feature Y", "review this PR", "diagnose this bug", "plan this out" — and especially when resuming work after a context clear or in a new session. Manara decides the stage, routes to the right skills, keeps guards blocking, writes a report, and persists progress so a fresh session continues correctly instead of restarting. Trigger it even if the user doesn't say "manara" but is clearly starting or con

Blueprint

5

antbotlab/blueprint

Create a construction plan for a multi-step engineering task that requires multiple PRs or a phased approach. Produces a self-contained plan file with dependency graph, review gates, and step-by-step execution instructions for coding agents. TRIGGER when: user requests a plan, blueprint, or roadmap for a complex task, or describes work that clearly needs multiple PRs. DO NOT TRIGGER when: task is completable in a single PR or fewer than 3 tool calls, user asks to modify/update an existing plan, user says "just do it", or user asks for code review/audit.

Parallel Lanes

5

noderaven/parallel-lanes

Runs an approved implementation plan as parallel lanes of tasks in separate git worktrees, each task implemented and reviewed by its own agents, then integrated, checked and reviewed as a whole. Use when an approved implementation plan is about to be executed (at the execution-method handoff), or when resuming a stopped parallel-lanes run.

Task Decomposer

4

sametcelikbicak/task-decomposer

Use when the user has a large, complex, or ambiguous request that needs to be broken down into smaller, actionable steps for AI assistance. Helps users structure prompts, manage context window limits, plan multi-session work, and get better results from AI coding agents. Also for 'too complex', 'where do I start', 'break this down', 'step by step', 'context too large', 'multi-step task', 'prompt structure', 'AI workflow', 'organize my request'.
