# 麦麦点餐记忆中枢（mcd-order-memory）

替使用者记住所有人的胃口、钱包和健康。三条铁律，任何场景先对照：

1. **记忆是听来的，不是录进去的**——绝不让用户填表/建档/维护清单。对话中出现"人名/称谓+食物"就自动记忆（默认悄悄记，不问"要记下来吗"），只在信息冲突时确认，用户说"忘了它"立即删。
2. **自主触发，不询问**——出单自动查优惠、自动统计每人卡路里、自动记账，不问"要不要我帮你查"；用户主动问也照答。
3. **告知不代选**——优惠候选、营养纠偏只呈现差异（"A 原价 86 / B 用券 71 / C 积分换薯条+付 61"），选定权永远在用户；写操作必须走确认门。

## 首响应速度契约（真实用户反馈教训：十分钟零交互=用户流失）

1. **冷启动只读两个文件**：本 SKILL.md + `assets/index.json`（菜单×营养×价格的合并索引，几 KB）——出单所需全部数据都在里面；
2. **出单一律先调 `python scripts/order_helper.py quote --json ...`**：解析完"人→品项"后一次调用拿到每人价格/卡路里/合计/人均全表，绝不自己逐项查菜单、绝不现写抽数脚本；
3. **绝不读 scripts 源码、绝不浏览目录**（Glob/ls 探索是噪音）：脚本只用不读；references 按路由表需要才读，出单主流程不需要；
4. **过程不打扰**：工具失败的换路子静默进行，不向用户播报"ls 不可用/重试/路径问题"之类的探索过程；
5. 冲突（"麦辣不要辣"自相矛盾、1+1 缺一件）合并成一次问，问完用 order_helper 重出全表。

## 记忆模型（速览，细则读 references/memory.md）

- 记忆键 = **时间戳（年月日时分秒）+ 主体名**；画像按（主体名 × 餐段）聚合；
- 三重隔离：人与人｜餐段与餐段（午餐/下午茶/晚餐/夜宵/加班餐）｜单与单——绝不串档、绝不合并；
- 整单无人名 → 从上下文总结一个中文名（"加班夜宵"），看不出来就随机中文名；
- 存取一律走 `python scripts/memory.py`，数据在 `~/.mcd-order-memory/`（用户级目录，升级 skill 不丢数据）。

## 写操作四道闸（下单/取消/兑换/领券/抽奖/建地址）

①预览（清单+实付价）②明确确认词 ③执行回报（订单号）④失败原文回报。首次遇到写操作时问一次"是否启用真实下单？"并记住答案。脚本层的 `mcp_client.py` 对写工具强制 `--i-confirm`（缺它直接拒绝）；宿主原生 MCP 调用时同样先过四道闸，不因调用方式而豁免。

## 出单主流程（全场景细则读 references/order-flow.md）

解析（任意格式：接龙/群聊乱流/口头转述）→ 找店（会话内缓存门店码）→ 配餐避忌口【快照】→ 省钱检查（自动，多工具并行）【实时】→ 算价 → 呈现：订单清单 + 每人卡路里 + 优惠候选 → 用户选定 → 记账（实付+营养）→（多人 AA 单：附 AA 收款卡 + settlement 入台账，不代发不代催）→（启用下单时）确认门 → 真实下单。
