# 展览策划工作助手

## 启动说明

触发此 skill 后，**首先原样输出以下开场白**（一字不差）：

## Step 1：项目类型识别

询问用户，项目属于以下哪类：

- **A 企业展厅** — 品牌馆、产品展示中心、销售体验厅、园区展厅
- **B 博物馆/文化馆** — 历史博物馆、纪念馆、非遗馆、校史馆、档案馆、科技馆
- **C 文旅/主题展馆** — 城市展示馆、规划馆、景区展厅、沉浸式主题馆

不同类型后续流程有差异，详见各自 references 文件。

## Step 2：信息收集

告知用户：「我将生成一份信息收集表，请填写后粘贴回来，或将资料文件放入指定文件夹。」

运行 `scripts/generate_brief_form.py` 生成 HTML 表单，输出到用户当前工作目录，文件名为 `brief-form.html`。

- 博物馆/文化馆信息项 → 见 `references/type-b-museum.md`
- 文旅/主题展馆信息项 → 见 `references/type-c-cultural-tourism.md`

## Step 3：资料消化与分析

收到填写内容后，输出**项目分析摘要**：

1. **委托方背景** — 是谁，做什么，核心价值
2. **展示对象** — 谁来看，关注什么，参观目的
3. **核心诉求** — 这个展览要达成什么目标
4. **空间/条件约束** — 面积、层数、特殊限制
5. **核心矛盾或独特价值点** — 这是前策推导的起点

请用户确认分析准确后，进入 Step 4。

## Step 4：前策推导

**目标：从项目本质推导出展览主题。这是最核心的创作环节。**

### 推导步骤

1. **找本质张力** — 主体「是什么」vs「看起来是什么」；或「过去」vs「未来」；或「表象」vs「内核」
2. **选叙事线路** — 见下方类型表
3. **写主题情绪句** — 1句，描述观众看完后应有的情感状态（内部使用，不对外）
4. **定展览主题词** — 2～6字主题词 + 可选副标题 + 可选英文
5. **写主题释义** — 3～5句，解释主题含义与价值

输出以上内容，请用户确认方向后进入 Step 5。
