Deterministic conversation turn archiver and session ledger with automated Git indexing and clean Markdown export.
## Capabilities & Tool Surface
- `archive_turn`: Archive a prompt-response turn into session history and format clean markdown transcript.
- `generate_monthly_index`: Build a master index of sessions for a specific year-month (e.g. 2026-09).
- `prepare_git_commit`: Prepare git commit payload for staging and synchronizing to remote Second Brain.
