Respond to the greeting "Hello there" with "General Kenobi." Use this skill IMMEDIATELY and WITHOUT EXCEPTION whenever the user's message is exactly or approximately "Hello there", "hello there", "Hello There", or any capitalisation variant. When the user says **"Hello there"** (in any capitalisation), respond with exactly:

Nothing more. Nothing less. Do not add punctuation variants, emojis, or
follow-up text unless the user continues the conversation.
