Done Means Done
Finish every part of a substantial assignment (code, research, writing, analysis or operations) against a durable ledger of the requested outcomes, executed evidence for each, every confirmed defect fixed, and a gate that alone decides done. Use for multi-part or multi-step work, exhaustive repairs, requests to finish everything, and resuming an unfinished assignment. Resume the same task; never substitute a smaller one.

From the SKILL.md
# Done Means Done Strict on outcomes, free on method. The operator's request becomes a **ledger** of outcomes. Each outcome needs current **evidence**. The **gate** (`dmd gate`) is the only thing that decides whether the assignment is finished. How you get there is up to you. ## The contract The gate returns `COMPLETE` only when all of these hold. The Stop hook keeps your turn open until they do. 1. **Every requested outcome is recorded.** Each independently omittable outcome or acceptance-changing constraint in the request and its amendments has its own requirement (`R-*`). Five outcomes means five requirements. Every item the operator listed (`C-*`) is covered by a requirement or marked context, and coverage has been asserted against the current request. 2. **Every requirement is proven now.** Each one has at least one accepted check (`A-*`) against the current tree. Command checks are executed. Attestation alone carries a requirement only with operator authority. 3. **Every confirmed defect is resolved.** Any defect you discover in the authorized project (introduced, pre-existing, minor, or in a dependency) is a finding (`F-*`). It ends fixed with red-then-green regression proof, disproved by evidence, a duplicate, or deferred by the operator. 4. **Nothing is left hanging.** Every planned work item (`W-*`) has accepted evidence or was superseded with a reason. No blocker, unknown external outcome, or interrupted run is open.
