A CLI-first, MIT-licensed GTM engine you clone, key up, and run on your own machine. It is open source and it stays open source. Yalc 2.0 is still a Clay alternative. It replaces Clay a different way. Where 1.0 replaces Clay by being self-hosted, with enrichment and workflows in markdown files you own, 2.0 replaces it by running pre configured agents across your whole stack at once, reading your CRM, sequencer and call recorder, on playbooks that have already produced revenue. The agents do about eighty percent of each play and hand back the one move that needs a person. Nothing goes out without a human approving it. Want the current product? → See Yalc in action Quick start Node.js 20 or higher required (nodejs.org). Option A — Drive YALC from your IDE (recommended) Open this repo in Cursor or VS Code with the Claude Code extension installed. In the chat panel, paste this repo URL or just say "let's start". Claude will introduce YALC, check your prerequisites, and walk you through setup. Option B — Use the CLI directly That is the whole installation. The start command writes its config to ~/.gtm-os/, asks for your company website URL, then opens the browser at /setup/review so you can confirm the inferred framework. No long terminal interview by default. YALC is a CLI; there's no public Node API to import. Updating From source (contributors) If you want to hack on YALC itself, clone the repo and link locally: If pnpm link --global fails with ERR_PNPM_NO_GLOBAL_BIN_DIR (or you are on…
