Claude Code mod
sidequest
The Loadout's core work board and orchestration loop for Claude Code. Tickets are classified into categories that route each one to a concrete model and effort, then dispatched to token-gated executors; side issues you mention mid-task get captured on the spot, and a live, self-hosted Kanban dashboard spans every project you work in.

How Claude Code mods work
- A mod is a plugin with a JavaScript or TypeScript module that runs inside Claude Code (version 2.1.287 or later). It can draw panes beside the transcript, a band above the prompt, buttons and toasts, restyle the spinner and tool rows, and watch or rewrite tool calls and prompts.
- It installs like any plugin: add its marketplace with /plugin marketplace add owner/repo, then /plugin install name@marketplace.
- Check what a mod can reach before installing: it runs with your permissions. Reach goes from drawing only, to reading files, to writing files or running processes, to the network. Run claude plugin validate on a clone to list its hooks and calls without running it.
- Turn one off from the Installed tab in /plugin, or start Claude Code with --safe-mode to skip every customization for a session.

More pane & dashboard mods
sidepad
duqaXxX/sidepad
A read-only side pane beside the transcript: it opens the file Claude last edited at the end of the turn, lists directories one page at a time, draws code highlighted and Markdown rendered, and sends a selected passage back to Claude with a command or the next prompt.
simaphore
omaestra/simaphore
Traffic lights for iOS simulators and Xcode builds when several Claude Code agents share one Mac: a live panel, a build queue and simulator leases.
side-chat
varunmoka7/side-chat
Ask Claude a side question in a pane next to your work. The main conversation never sees it. Works like the desktop app's /btw.
simpane
griches/simpane
Puts the iOS Simulator beside your Claude Code session: a live screenshot, dark mode and text size switches, your app's own logs, and tools that let Claude see the screen for itself.
shunt
miguelrisero/better-shunt
A Claude Mod for the shunt gateway: a band above the prompt shows how much of each window is used and the time to reset — the shared account pool's, read from shunt's GET /usage, or the session's own Claude rate limits off shunt — and /shunt:usage prints the pool's full breakdown.
skills-az
varunmoka7/skills-az
Shows a list of your slash commands and skills in A to Z order as soon as you type / in the prompt, and narrows it as you keep typing.
