Claude Code mod
coordinator
Run many worker agents from one coordinator session: scaffolded rules, lane cards and briefs, spawn/retire/respawn workers in orca, tmux, Windows Terminal or by hand, a scheduler worker for heavy jobs, a question queue, status reports, token-economy reminders, and a usage watcher with a graceful pause and resume.

How Claude Code mods work
- A mod is a plugin with a JavaScript or TypeScript module that runs inside Claude Code (version 2.1.287 or later). It can draw panes beside the transcript, a band above the prompt, buttons and toasts, restyle the spinner and tool rows, and watch or rewrite tool calls and prompts.
- It installs like any plugin: add its marketplace with /plugin marketplace add owner/repo, then /plugin install name@marketplace.
- Check what a mod can reach before installing: it runs with your permissions. Reach goes from drawing only, to reading files, to writing files or running processes, to the network. Run claude plugin validate on a clone to list its hooks and calls without running it.
- Turn one off from the Installed tab in /plugin, or start Claude Code with --safe-mode to skip every customization for a session.

context-handoff
Vibe-Commit/claude-context-mods
In the 60-70% context band, Claude writes a handoff, the handoff is rewound away, the session compacts, and Claude resumes from the file.
council-of-elrond
Deluha/council-of-elrond
A council of specialist reviewers that gates risky tool calls before they run. Rules decide the tier; model members give a second opinion; anything uncertain comes to you.
context-handoff
ulttla/claude-mod-repo
Past a context threshold, records a hand-off and continues the work from the notes: in a new desktop-app session by default, or in this one after a compaction or the app's clear
difnote
mmedum/difnote
Review the diff of what changed in the folders Claude works in since you last looked, write a note on any line or hunk, and get your notes in the prompt to edit and send back
compact-keeper
Jvrd97/claude-compact-keeper
Compaction without amnesia: the summarizer is told to keep your goal, constraints, decisions and paths verbatim, a card with your goal, prompts, pinned notes, edited files and open todos follows the summary, and the full transcript before compaction is archived as markdown.
emdash-watch

Flag em-dashes you introduce into public-facing prose (notes, docs, READMEs, HTML); internal files (CLAUDE.md, memory) are exempt. Non-blocking note to the model.
