Claudex is a high-fidelity Claude Code -> OpenAI Responses proxy for
ChatGPT/Codex users. It preserves Claude Code workflows across images, files,
tool results, /compact, context-limit recovery, prompt-cache usage mapping,
and hardened streaming errors.
