SDLC Marketplace for Claude Code

Multi-stack AI-assisted SDLC pipelines built on the Stack Provider Pattern: a single core orchestrator runs the pipeline, framework plugins register themselves via declarative stack.md profiles. No core overrides, no slot registries, no copy-paste between stacks.

v2.2.0 — 27 marketplace entries: 24 local (1 core + 5 shared libs + 7 JS/TS stacks + 4 PHP/Laravel/Symfony stacks + 3 Java/.NET stacks + 4 Python stacks) plus 3 optional external.

What changed in 2.2.0 (sdlc only; the other plugins keep their versions) — see the CHANGELOG:

- Smaller orchestrator skill — pipeline-orchestrator/SKILL.md drops from 106 KB to ~70 KB; fallback, resume, parallel-aspect and telemetry text loads only when its branch runs.
- Run plan in batch subagents — with no RUN PLAN block in context, the orchestrator runs run-plan.sh itself instead of the inline algorithms.
- Typed-only side-effect commands — /sdlc:batch and /sdlc:security-init run only when typed; internal skills are hidden from the / menu.

What is fixed in 2.1.1 (sdlc, laravel-plugin, php-foundation; the other plugins stay at 2.1.0) — see the CHANGELOG:

- Framework agents dispatch on marketplace installs — the run plan no longer qualifies them with the version directory (2.0.0:laravel-architect).
- Handoff guard in auto mode — a report delivered through SubagentHandback is checked as the report, instead of blocking every compliant phase once.
- Typecheck findings reach the orchestrator — the post-implement check is relayed in the Agent result context, not only shown to the user.
- Laravel convention skills resolve — laravel-plugin:… namespace, guarded by a new CI check.
- Run plan stays under the hook context cap — smaller block, with a file fallback above 10K characters.
