A Claude Code plugin for architecture governance: ADRs, specifications, sprint planning, parallel implementation, code review, and documentation generation.

The skills are written in the open Agent Skills format and are harness-portable: they also run under Codex CLI, OpenCode, and Crush. Two things differ off Claude Code. Claude Code-specific tool names in the skill bodies denote capabilities, with per-harness mappings and fallbacks; and on a harness with no command layer the skills are reached by description rather than by a /sdd: command. Both are defined in references/harness-compat.md.

Skills

The Invoke column is Claude Code's command form. Where your harness has no command layer, describe the task instead ("create an ADR for our queue choice", "pick up issue 64 and implement it"): each skill's description is written to be recognized from what you are trying to do. Install

Add to your project's .claude/settings.json:

Then restart Claude Code. The plugin's skills will be available as /sdd:init, /sdd:prime, /sdd:prd, /sdd:adr, /sdd:spec, /sdd:plan, /sdd:organize, /sdd:enrich, /sdd:triage, /sdd:work, /sdd:review, /sdd:respond, /sdd:check, /sdd:audit, /sdd:discover, /sdd:docs, /sdd:list, /sdd:status, /sdd:graph, /sdd:index, /sdd:search, and /sdd:report-friction.

Running Without a Plugin Layer (Crush, Codex CLI, OpenCode)

These harnesses load Agent Skills from directories you configure. They have no plugin system, no slash-command layer, and no argument substitution, so the /sdd:{name} forms above do not exist there. Install by pointing the harness at a checkout of this repo:
