What's new in v2.0

v2 turns claude-ops from a _briefing + comms surface_ into an autonomy layer for Claude Code itself. Purely additive — no v1 behaviour changes by default. See claude-ops/CHANGELOG.md and docs/migrating-from-v1.md.

How plugins work

A plugin bundles slash commands, subagents, skills, hooks, MCP servers and status lines so they install together.
Add the marketplace inside Claude Code with /plugin marketplace add Lifecycle-Innovations-Limited/claude-ops, then run /plugin to pick what to install.
You can turn a plugin off again from /plugin without deleting anything.
