What it should do:
Build a video to GIF converter web app. Create a homepage with video upload and instant preview. When users upload a video, show a timeline scrubber to select start/end points for the GIF. Add controls for GIF quality (low, medium, high), frame rate (10-30 fps), and dimensions (small, medium, large). Include a live preview of the GIF as users adjust settings with file size indicator.
