Build a QR Code Creator web app. People search for "qr code creator" about 42,000 times a month, plus related searches like "qr code generator free", "create qr code online", "custom qr code maker". The goal is a tool that ranks for those searches and makes money.

What it should do:
Build a QR code creator web app. Create a homepage with content type tabs (URL, Text, WiFi, Contact, Email, Phone). For each type, show relevant input fields (URL input, WiFi name/password, contact details). Add customization options: colors, logo upload, corner styles, and size settings. Generate QR code instantly as users type with live preview. Include download options (PNG, SVG, PDF) and test scanner to verify codes work. Use a modern design with black and white QR-inspired aesthetic. Focus on the content input and QR generation flow first.

How to build it:
1. Read this folder first. If it is empty, set up Next.js (App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind). Write a short PLAN.md with the pages, components, any library or API you need, and what you are leaving for later. Then build.
2. Put the tool itself on the homepage so a visitor can use it within seconds, with no sign-up. Do the processing in the browser where you can, so it is fast and cheap to run. Look at how QR Code Generator, QRStuff, Canva QR Code do it and make ours simpler and faster.
